The volunteer group is a dedicated group of ordinary people, desparately trying to improve the conditions in the St Petersburg Regional Children's Hospital and the Kingisepp Orphanage.

The Komso Children's Hospital took its name from our first visit, naming it after the street, Komsomolo Ulitsa, on which it stands.
