It was not easy to arrange this task as the rehabilitation centre is on the outskirts of the Pargalova which made it difficult to obtain materials etc. We had to go back into the city for most things. Never the less after twelve days hard work, working in temperatures of up to 37c our volunteers managed to renovate six wards, the massage room, repair the hydro-therapy unit, redecorate the downstairs hallway/reception areas, the children’s dining room and the upstairs reception/children’s play area. All these areas where finished off by covering the floors with new linoleum and putting up several large murals in most of the rooms.
